Front of House:

Admin:
-Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team and department

Job Description:
Overall cleaning which include the following:
- Sweep and mop the whole restaurant
- Clean and wipe all windows and mirrors

1. Accounts Receivable:
a) Ensure Accounts Receivable close in monthly basis
Allocation of receipts and update of debtors aging
Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Report by monthly basis
Chase outstanding payments when needed
b) Handle Multiple E-Commerce (Grabfood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Oddle and etc.)
Liaising with delivery aggregators if issues arise.
Familiar with the E-Commerce platform website and export the sales report data and reconciliation.
Make sure the all E-Commerce Platform and Website Revenue and Bank amount is accurately received.
c) Calculation of the Credit Card Fee and Online Sales Received Amount.
d) Review and verify the Company Accounting Daily SOP and information/ transactions in accounting system are accurate.
e) Support sales and purchase order operations
2. Accounting Tasks:
a) Bookkeeping
Do monthly reconciliation
Manage keying in of customers invoices and reconciliation of customers’ statement of accounts (Issue Tax Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes)
Prepare statement of accounts and listing of trade debtors
Ensure timely and proper filing of all accounting records
b) Prepare and submit quarterly GST
c) Ensure and update all journals related in Accounts Receivable
d) Support annual audits and taxation
3. Others:
a) Applying for government grants
b) Applying and renewing of licenses
c) Handle any license require documents

-Perform full spectrum of recruitment activities
-Map out recruitment process and source for applicants through job portals, government platforms, and physical collaterals
-Arrange interviews, coordinate hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees
-Liaise with recruitment agencies to source for suitable candidates
-Maintain updated job description of all positions in the organisation
-Handle foreign work pass matters including application, renewal and cancellation in timely manner
Payroll Management
-Perform full spectrum of Payroll process from computation of man hours, preparation of payslip and bank coordination, CPF submission and IRAS related matters
-Generate payroll and CPF files monthly
HR Administration
-Manage leaves & attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval
-Administrate and prepare letters for employee journey related to probation, promotion, termination and resignation
-Conduct exit interviews for employees
-Regularly update communication platforms to all departments o Prepare weekly/monthly reports accurately
-Support training and training grants administration
Additional Duties
-Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
-Preferably 1-2 years of HR experience
-Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office, such as MS Word, Excel etc.
